No buyer's premium or reserve. Full settlement is due on the day of auction by cash or check only (no credit cards). All buyers must register with a current driver's license and any sales exemption status documents or final sale is subject to applicable sales tax. All items will be sold as is, where is, without warranty or guarantee. All prospective buyers shall satisfy themselves by personal inspection as to the condition and authenticity of each lot prior to bid. If you are outbid, or your bid does not meet the reserve price, you are under no obligation to buy but in all other cases, you are entering into a contract to buy the item, and to deliver payment within the time as specified above. Pickup times will be confirmed by verbal announcement day of sale. Titles, if available will be provided after all checks clear banking institutions.
